Groups run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 to 12, in person in Lakewood, and they are the core of the program. Bring your roster to the free pre-assessment, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits right now.

Talk to admissionsThe program runs mornings only, 9 to 12, three days a week, and groups meet in person in Lakewood. Groups don't meet afternoons, evenings or weekends. If those mornings don't fit your roster, admissions will talk it through with you and help you work out what could.

Check your insuranceAbout ten structured hours a week instead of one: group therapy three mornings a week plus an individual session, and a psychiatrist inside the same program rather than a separate monthly appointment. A short check-in each week shows whether it is working, and the plan changes if it is not.
