You'll be talking to the people who work hereNot a call center in another state. If your question isn't here, call and ask.Call (720) 807-2066You can start without one. The first step is a free pre-assessment, where a clinician listens to what has been going on and helps work out what would help. If you already have a diagnosis, we take a fresh look at it rather than assuming it still fits, because depression is often named before the whole picture is clear.
Book a free pre-assessmentGroups meet Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm, so the program fits best around a flexible schedule or a period of leave. Some jobs make that easier than others, so we'd rather look at your week with you honestly than make a promise. Bring your schedule to the call and we'll work through it together.
How people balance work and treatmentIt is about ten hours a week instead of one, and it is not just more of the same hour. You get group work, your own weekly individual session, and psychiatry inside the same program rather than referred out. Everyone involved works from the same plan, so nothing has to be re-explained each time.
See how the program worksDepression makes your own progress hard to see, so we don't rely on how a week felt. Each week you complete a short Track 9 check-in, which gives you and your clinician a depression score to look at side by side over time. If the numbers aren't moving, the plan changes rather than waiting for a scheduled review.
How we measure outcomesYou keep what you are already taking, and nothing changes without a conversation. Our prescriber coordinates with your existing psychiatrist or GP rather than replacing them. Because they sit inside the program, they can see what therapy is showing week to week instead of working from a summary.
Read about medication managementWe accept Colorado Access, Cigna, Anthem, BCBS PPO, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Tricare West and Kaiser Medicaid. Medicare isn't one of the plans we can accept; if that's your coverage, admissions can talk through other options with you. You don't need to work any of this out yourself — send your details and admissions runs the benefits check and tells you plainly what your plan covers.
Start your insurance checkIt is a conversation, not a test you can fail. A clinician asks what has been happening, how long it has been going on and what you have already tried. At the end they tell you honestly whether this is the right level of care, and if something else would serve you better, they help you find it.
Book a free pre-assessmentWe'll tell you honestly and help you get to the right place. If you need support around the clock, we help you find it. If substance use has become the main concern, care continues at Red Rock Recovery Center, so you are handed to people we know. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
