You can call without either. A free pre-assessment with a clinician comes first, and it decides whether this level of care fits. If you already have a diagnosis, our team takes a fresh look at it rather than assuming it still fits, and you can start the process yourself.

We treat adults 18+ with mental health as the primary presentation, including co-occurring conditions, and active psychosis is assessed individually rather than ruled out automatically.
