Littleton residents join the same group mornings, individual sessions and psychiatry as everyone in the program. Everything happens at the Lakewood practice, so the program works best if the drive north is realistic three mornings a week.

Our intensive outpatient program in Lakewood serves adults from Littleton and the southwest metro. Groups meet Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm, with one individual session a week, in-house psychiatry and weekly progress tracking. It's more structure than weekly therapy, and you're home each afternoon.
How the program worksHow long is the drive from Littleton?
It depends on where in Littleton you start and on morning traffic, so the best guide is timing it yourself. Most of our clients travel under about 40 minutes. A common route runs north on Santa Fe Drive (US-85), then west on US-6 into Lakewood. Try the trip on a weekday morning before you start, since groups begin at 9 am.
